contact the app that he has accounts on to stalk you with and tell them they are harassing you and see if they can block him from creating any new accounts specifically to talk to you. another option is the police but they likely don't have enough solid evidence to do much. file a restraining order also. you also may want to lay low and stop engaging in social media. or delete/deactivate all social media for quite awhile. i know that's extreme, but it's another option.
