What does it mean when your ex posts an instagram story and once you view it she removes it?

It has been repeated once when we where dating she went out with common friends and she posted before going once she arrived most probably she removed it so it doesn't seem that she didn't tell me to join. Right now after we said that we are going to move on she is the first to view my stories. And I noticed her being a bit of a stalker overall so I kinda think that she wants to see what i am doing. She wanted things to end because she said that i am not going to accept her the way she is. After some talk assuring her that I like her she said I am not convinced so I said okay lets move on and its fine I understand she liked the message and it stayed like that now its been a week.

I agree it bothers me because I dont really understand the reason she wanted to move on I just accepted it. And it seems that she is not over it as well from that story maybe not the context but for sure that she removed it. I really don't like this type of games some people play just be honest and don't hide stuff from one another if you do then you are not trust worthy.
