How to stop loving someone?

I need to get over the person I love, he obviously lied about his feelings from the beginning. Anyway, he's the only one I ever trusted and believed he does. I have dealt with breakups before, but this one make me feel empty and lost, my whole life seems empty, that nothing matters. I cannot stop thinking about him and I feel my heart is exploding over and over 24/7. Let alone, I'm too angry at everyone and everything pisses me off. I wanna deal with this in a healthy way.

We cannot hurt ourself physically to feel better emotionally. I just need to learn not to have feelings for anyone, and get passed the crazy phase where I have to keep myself from talking to him or even thinking about him sooner.

I don't hurt myself, a broken heart stays and consumes you which is hard to ignore, no aspirin for a broken heart... friends help but you are alone more than you reailse.

Getting dumped is very had for most, male or female. If you have never been rejected, you cannot understand the pain and the not wanting to trust people in a serious relationship. Hearing you're a nice guy BUT speech is painful
