Should I Text Her?

We broke up about a month ago but we talked recently about 3 weeks ago and we made it clear we can reach out to each other if need be. However, I haven't heard from her at all during those 3 weeks so I'm wondering if I should text her at all to see how she's been or wait until she texts me first. Not going to lie I'm missing her so I have a strong urge to text her but I don't know if I should go through with it?

Don’t be daft. You’re clearly hooked on her still and you miss her. I’m in a similar position and the more I chased the further she seemed to get from getting back with me. By reaching out you’re basically saying to her you have no other options and you’re lowering your own value. Give her space and let her miss you. If she wants to reach out she will. If they actually love you they will come back. Unless you broke up with her then maybe it’s different

I know how you feel because I ended up breaking 5 weeks of NC to try and meet up with my ex. She was already going out with her friend that night so she said she couldnt, but if she was thinking about getting back together she would of at least tried to reschedule, which she didn’t. So I stopped chasing again. It’s hard to control the urge but trust me, if they want you back they will reach out to you. Even more so if you had a good relationship. Work on yourself, learn from your mistakes, if not for her then for your next relationship. Now’s your time to improve and focus strictly on you
