After I blocked him on Ig, he keeps change his ig status?

I blocked him recently and he erased some photos (my favorite ones) and keeps changing his ig status with motivational quotes.

*So I blocked him out of sadness before 5 days cause I felt like he isn't showing interest to me. Im deeply insicure i know, but Im having issues with anxiety right now and I feel like every one will abondon me. And im just looking over small signs to see if he reallz care. I don’t want to be hurt again
