He randomly unfollowed and blocked me —i am very confused?

So me and this guy met at a party at a resort where we danced together and also where he invited me to hang out afterwards. We were having such a great time together until one of his friends told me that he had a girlfriend. The guy that I had been dancing with said that it is fine because she was not there and did not have to know. The rest of the night he seemed evasive until he saw me leave. He wanted to meet up later at our resort but I was leaving the next day so we then exchanged instagrams. We were private messaging (nothing flirty) until i realized that he had unfollowed me randomly. The next morning I was blocked only on my main account. I figured that his girlfriend found out or maybe he felt guilty as he started doing all of this once he got home from vacation. I have asked friends about this and they also suspect the girlfriend is part of this but we are all still confused. I only wanted to be friends with him and respected his girlfriend. Please help I am so confused

Yeah, that's absolutely the most likely explanation (that his girlfriend noticed or he wanted to hide it from her). He was obviously hoping for a hookup. His friends clearly saw that his behavior was not innocent, which is why they informed you he isn't single.

No girlfriend would ever be OK with her boyfriend being friends with a woman he met randomly that she doesn't know.

He still knows that he is “capable” and attractive, however, part of him values his girlfriend and relationship highly. He may have a Wifey type but not the most fun in the bedroom…not very risqué. Nice and bored guys do things like this but then regret and realize he almost blew everything…. Does this tract with you?
