Why did my ex add me back on snap?

So me and this guy were talking for a few months and things were going well, I think that we moved a bit fast because he was making plans on including me in his future.
He just started a business and a few weeks in told me that he needs to focus on his business and wants me to wait for him and that he can not give me the time that I need right now. It was very unexpected and he basically started giving me short replies and told me that this is not a breakup he just needs some time. I continued trying to get more answers bc I was being stubborn and I was confused and after a while he just stopped replying, I deleted him on snap bc I was hurt and didn’t want to see him having a good time while I was hurting. But I decided to add him back and he accepted but still has yet to respond to my messages.
