Why do people touch other people's curly hair? Have they never seen curls in their lifetime?

Lack of/differing personal boundaries (some people/cultures are more touch-y feel-y than others) and like, curls are poofy. They look soft. People like soft things. I think that's really it. (But no, I'm not the type of person going around asking to touch people's hair.)

It's because people love the curls. I'm told that most people would love to have natural curls in their hair like mine.

Maybe because they like. For example, some girls I don't know touched me with no reason but they couldn't hide their admiration and curiosity because of their behavior.
