I‘ve been falsely accused by my exes of sa. How do I defend myself against that?

I was under arrested two days ago. During being questioned, it turned out that three of my exes reported me to the police station. Even though I denied the most of accusations, the evidences proved that I did (I don’t want go into details for some security reasons but I didn’t tbh). I assumed they must be set me up somehow. I tried to defend myself by telling them how liar they are. police officer say it’s pointless to deny them because of evidences speak themselves for me! Solicitor say I need few counter evidences or I screwed! I was so angry and upset! I’m numbing right now !

I was asked to not contact with any of victims while the ongoing investigation. My girlfriend doesn’t want to see me! I don’t know how long I keep my job before the boss find out what happened and fired me! I don’t know what my parents will think of me. My friends! The exes trying to destroy my life and my reputation! And my future!

Rough situation. But if you're really innocent you need to get a lawyer. Don't go down like that without a fight if you're seriously telling the truth. Very strange that three exes would even care to report you if they're exes, and also strange that all of them would report you at the same time, even if you really are guilty. Yeah, you better get a lawyer, dude.

And this is why i hate the #metoo movement.. Unfortunately you're pretty much screwed. All i can say is document everything. Record everything. Get every bit of communication you can between you and the girls, That is literally your only way out of this. Women that falsely accuse deserve the death penalty.
