I learned the hard way of making my ex girlfriend wait too long, 5 years to be exact. I tried to amend things and did the grand gesture she's been waiting for but she wasn't interest. She didn't want me anymore. She lost hope and had emotionally checked out. In her view, I had failed her, failed my promises and therefore wasn't the one anymore.

I tried again 4 months ago and got declined again so I walked away from her life. I gave up by then. So I'll never get her love back? She'll never reconsider?

I've moved on ever since she said no to my question the 2nd time. I tried my best. I learned now. Honestly, I actually do feel ready to form a family. So for my next relationship, I won't waste another woman's time anymore.
