What does the ex wife get from him after a divorce?

Depends where. I heard some places if the women never worked…she is capable then she needs to return to get a job.
I would rather know the character of the women before getting involve. She is independent and self sufficient.

since I work with 99% women… many do talk openly that they don’t want to work and just want to be stay home mom. Some also has terrible spending habits.
So a lot of it has to do with how the guy pick…don’t go for the look. Go by how she treats you. And how she conducts herself in different situations.

There is a list (at least in germany) where its listed how much one parter has to pay the other based on income.

So if you earn less than a certain amount, you won't have to pay anything.

Also it does depend on the time they are married and wether they have kids together and so on...

It is based on income, so probably nothing, especially if the marriage was less than ten years. But if she has decent income, she might have to pay him spousal support / alimony. And yes, it does happen.

If a woman makes more than a man when they get divorced, then the guy is entitled to alimony. It works both ways.
