After a breakup I wouldn't see the necessity in going private. I don't got anything to hide, I only go private on Insta when the streets get hot and I lay low from any clout chasers out there, but for a breakup I just don't see the point, if anything going private let's them feel like you are going out of your way for them.

Depends on the breakup. I'm lucky I have only had to do that with one ex.

Only reason I made mine private was I had scammers after me. I try not to treat people like that if I don't absolutely have to. But sometimes you do.
