What's your opinion on these words?

A couple of days back someone said this to me, I'm wondering what others have to say about this from their personal experiences:

You'll always find a replacement for a guy (ex). You'll find an older guy (like your ex), you'll find a younger guy (like your ex), you'll find a similar aged guy (like your ex). You'll even find someone who's better than him. But you'll never find a replacement for a girl (ex). You'll find different types of girls, but never anything what was already there.

Your premise is already flawed. You are calling men similar while using the superlative terms at the same time "taller", "younger", "better". That's not choosing the same, that's upgrading.

Nonetheless, I wish this was true but it isn't because all men and all women are fundamentally the same. Their upbringing, culture, goals and hobbies make them a bit different to one another but they all have pretty much the same nature.

If you're saying that I'll never find anyone like "her" then it's amazing because no matter how much did I like her, she's not with me anymore and if I won't get someone like her, then my future is in the safe hands.

I don't see a difference in the replaceability of men or women. There's 8 billion people in the world. Everyone is replaceable.

I disagree with what that person said as well as I disagree that anyone can be replaced. I just feel that everyone is unique in their own way and I don't think I can ever compare one to another in terms of replaceability

Fine, maybe "replace" is the wrong word, but my dating life isn't going to end when one particular woman moves on/dies/does something stupid so I break up with her. Statistically the likelihood of whoever you are with being the person who maximizes the variables you deem important of all the 4 billion people out there is quantum level small.
