Me and my ex broke up a little over two months ago. She ended things because I graduated before her and was about to start my career and it makes good money and she would still be at college and she feels that she is majoring in something that can’t compare (She’s a art/graphic design major (Senior)) and that she would need to figure things out because now we would be on two different wavelengths. She didn’t like that as a nurse I would be working overnight with women and when would we see each other. And she was also gaslighting me a lot and making it seem like I was the problem and the only problem out of the entire situation. Our last argument turned into her yelling and crying and hitting the wall in her dorm room, but I was calm the entire time, I know that was my time to go when she started doing that. She dumped me right as I was about to start nursing. I admitted to her that I agree something’s were my fault but she didn’t want to work through them and just started flooding back old things that were resolved and she didn’t like that I was calm and trying to work things out (“ you don’t feel sad about this, everything is not ok”). She reached out to me after I posted my first day of work and wished me well, I ignored because it was 3 days after, she reached out again using a security guard that we used to talk in past time to try to talk to me through phone, but I was at work, I got a voicemail of him saying I disappeared and that he heard I’m not doing well. I told her that if she wanted to talk we could and she said that it wasn’t her but that he wanted to knowing that she doesn’t really go on campus like that and she went out of her way to find him. It’s been a month and I was right next to her in traffic omw to a get together with friends and saw her. I reached out later wishing her well and she ignored me. What do you guys think.
