Because he knew he did you wrong , and he can’t really admit to you what he actually did wrong because he is a coward , because he knows it was a selfish decision on his part to end things with you He probably cheated on you or he is interested in someone else , He didn’t stay true to his words to you when things were actually good between you both , He probably told you he will Love you forever and never betray you blah blah blah , so he is having a hard time admitting he did you wrong. He is crying because he knows he is a selfish piece of shit that only really cares about himself. Girls’ do this shit as well when she cheats or meets someone new , she realizes all the things she said to her partner prior to her leaving , was all lies. She only cares about herself.
