more of a question towards the girls. OK, so you find out your long term boyfriend has been cheating on you. youve had a notorious history of breaking up and making up. this is the last time you break up it would seem and for good. would you ever try to get back at your ex boyfriend by sleeping with one of his best friends?

Nope. I just don't see the point- is it going to make me feel better? Probably not- even if we're "even" we're even in the worst possible way: we're both acting without caring that our actions are hurting someone else. Is it going to make him less of an ass? Probably not- if he'd cared/respected me in the first place he wouldn't have cheated, he'd just have ended it. I'd rather have a guy end things with me because he's feeling less connected than have him cheat.

I'm not a vengeful person, there's really very little point in it. I believe in karma, it will come back to bite him in the ass at some point.

If that happened to me, I'd probably just break up with him, take whatever stuff of mine he had back, stop all contact with him, and get on with my life.

I did have something happen to me a while ago that I wasn't planning. My ex who cheated on me and I wound up applying for the same job. I wound up getting the job. I heard frome a mutual friend that he raged about it for quite a while.

no that would be pointless. I think it would hurt me more than him. Guys could get over that better than girls could, that whole bro's before hoes thing. Meanwhile id feel like a slut for nothing. I've never desired revenge, it doesn't make you feel any better about yourself.

Happened to me, but not because of spite. She needed to rekindle her emotions, sometimes they believe that our best friends are people they trust that aren't just going to give her an ear full and take further advantage of her (unfortunately, it's the opposite in reality). My best advice is not to worry about what she's doing with her time, rather what you should do with yours.

That would be a big NO! For myself, there are values, standards and morals and I expect that in a dating partner. It should be neither cheats, I would not do that to my boyfriend, so that sort of cheating thing would end the relationship. No revenge on my part.

Nope, no way. I'm not gonna lower myself to his level, I'm better than that. I think the best revenge is to live a happy life without them. And rubbing it in that I'm happy without that jerk. Revenge will be when he realizes he let a girl like me walk out of his life.

You would have to be a dumbass to think that'd be a good form of revenge. Guys don't even care about sh*t like this, more than likely they'd still be friends afterward and would team up and think of you as a hoe. Your ex wins or at least is not affected, and you lose. My revenge would not have me get my hands or reputation dirty
