What does it mean when a girl calls you her boy?

So this girl I'm seeing called me "my boy". Does it mean anything? Like her boy as if she's my girl or her boy as if I'm her son or something lol? And she also said I'm hers like what is going on are we boyfriend/girlfriend?

Sounds to me that she thinks of you as hers, you're the guy that has her affection. Its her way of telling you without being direct that she's pretty into you, and that she thinks you guys are basically together. Good for you!
