Pros:
- Fit, healthy, sexy
- Could have a positive affect on you, get you motivated to be healthy too
- If she has the fit girl mentality she'll be fit even when you're both older
- People who are into fitness seem to have a healthier mind set and outlook on life
- Better at sex (true story)

Cons:
- You might constantly have competition or dumbasses who think they can steal her from you
- If you can't accompany her or keep up with her in fitness, you two might find that you don't have much in common, usually fit people like to have their partners go do active things with them

Looks good, if that's your thing
Good sex (flexibility does wonders)
Healthy, won't need to worry about her ending up in the hospital as much as non-healthy folk

Cons:
The "fit drug" (always talking about the gym, working out, badgering you to get in shape), this is a personality thing and not all fit girls do this, but lots of them do - guys too
May obsess over what she eats or how much
Guys looking at you wondering what "you're" doing with "her" (if you care about what people think
