Girl smiles and says hello every time she sees me?

saw this girl on the train after work though she was fit so couldn't take my eyes off her then she would look back at me and look at me from a distance whilst walking to the train stop. But then on other days not look at me. Or look like once. So don't see her for a month , then I sat opposite her and she was holding her chest staring at the ground whilst she was sitting down. Then I dint see her again as I stopped catching the train so so she looks from a distance still then I sat opposite her like really close and I looked at her and she looked at everyone else but me? So I had an accident didn't see her for 3 months then I started getting the train again now every time she sees me she says hello and smiles when she walks past. And last time I was waiting to get off she walked past and I looked up at her and looked her in the eyes as she was passing and she was smiling with a closed mouth and she looked like she went red abit and said hello again. Is she trying to make moves as she doesn't see me as much or is she just being nice?
