She keeps smiling at me EVERY TIME she looks at me, does she like me?

A new girl has recently started at the Café two doors down from where I work. We go there for teas/coffees etc about 4-5 times a day. She has been there two days and the first time I went in she grinned at me and I smiled back. I gave her the order and she grinned at me again, she looked up from making the drinks 2 or 3 times looked into my eyes and grinned again. She only holds eye contact for a second but literally Every time she looked at me she has made a point of smiling without exception. She has initiated two or three short conversations asking about my work/the weather etc.
I haven't seen her doing this to any other guys and she hasn't done it to my boss he says she never smiles. Is she just being nice or could she be interested?
The thing is I am an average looking guy, nothing special etc and she is a gorgeous young woman surely she could have her pick of men why me?

I deliberately stayed away from the café for a few days but went back in today and she did exactly the same thing again. Smirking at me literally every time she looked at me?

Ok you need to talk to her jusr start a convo and listwn to her voice and then ask her to hang out you kind of have to study her if you know what i mean. Not like her body or anything just how she smiles. Dont let your guard down just be prepared for the worst but hope for the best. After all she could just be giving you a friendly smile. She obviously finds you attractive!! Have more confidence in yourself! When she comes up to you initiate conversation, she asks you things, time to ask her a few questions about herself. Take this opportunity to get to know her and when you feel ready ask her for her number or ask her out for dinner or something.

yeah if she can't keep her eyes off of then it proabbly means she likes u..also maybe she is shy or is not sure how u would react and is intimidated by you.. i think u should give her chane and see how things go along :)

whenever she comes to small talk the next time..compliment her casually..like ur hair looks pretty..or i love what ur wearing today..or this color really suits you.it'll definetly indicate her that ur interested in her too :D
