Are short guys creepy just by being short?

I've seen articles online that suggest that more violent crimes are committed by short men, and
the below video of US news program 20/20 report where women were asked to indicate whether they'd consider a shorter man in a lineup with a few other taller guys and it said the women indicated that they would if the taller guys were murderers.

Therefore, all else being equal, does a man's short stature automatically make them creepy?
