I did and didn't notice at all till I moved on or calmed down XD.
Ok so my first ex I did unintentionally started using her phrases like " olalala" and tilt my head when I say it , it's coz I loved her so I didn't do it as a copy , more like instincts kicked in and made my body language and dictionary effected by her and made it more neutral to suit her.
2nd ex it didn't happen
3rd girl I unintentionally started using her way to say cool by moving ur hands (index finger with thumps ) which I struggled to stop doing coz I didn't want her to feel awkward like I am copying her. But at start I did it as I was intentionally innerspring her front of her to tease her , but it got stuck with me.
So it happens but not always :).
Some guys will do it coz they are immature trying to make her like them
Im embarrassed to say I know what this is. It's called mirroring. When I was in highschool, I read this book called The Game. A laundry list of conversational tactics which may have worked at some time. The more popular they become the more insulting it may be when a girl recognizes them. You should understand that the readers of these books aren't "all guys". They are the guys who had nowhere else to go. In highschool it seemed to make sense. Now it's pretty stupid but some people are incredibly dedicated to it.

It's not just guys, it's humans, girls too. When someone likes another person (not necessarily in a romantic way) they tend to mimic what the other person does while talking to them. So if you're talking and cross your arm, and the person you're talking to crosses their arms too, they like you.
But don't assume that because a guy mimics your actions, he's into you, maybe he just likes you as a friend.
If a guy/girl is interested in the other person so much that they will mimic what they are doing and what they are interested in the to get to know them.
It's a psychological tactic. Basically, when we see people acting like us and copying us, we subconsciously feel more relaxed around them, and are more likely to agree with them.
I used to do this with my best friend's mom in high school only I was totally aware I was doing it but I somehow couldn't help it. It was like I couldn't control it, the more I tried to stop doing it, the more I seemed to for some reason. I felt awful for doing it because I thought it was likely pretty obvious to her and maybe seemed like I was mocking her or something but I wasn't totally couldn't help it. Don't know why? lol
isn't rapport when your therapist have a conection with you and is moving forward? you're using the wrong terms
It's a behaviour known as 'mirroring' and it builds rapport and empathy.
Google mirroring behaviour.
I don't... I'm just coral...
I've never heard of that. I don't copy girls.
Its known as mirroring, (not copying). Some do it consciously to build rapport, but some do it without realizing. People react to it on a subconscious level.
Yes
