Crush Rejected Me, Feeling Worthless?

I feel worthless and hurt.

I know it's her choice, but it hurts so much she doesn't want to date me but will date other guys.

It hurts my heart so much, and it kills to know she has an ex... and is dating a new guy... Knowing she loves other guys, laughs with them, spends time with them, cuddles them, saying I love you to him :'(

All that is just a lot on my heart, I feel so guilty too because I couldn't stay her friend and shouldn't have caught feelings... I miss her but it's too hard to be friends.

Is this a question? Yeah I'd feel the same, worthless and become depressed but you have to move on. If you move on you'll feel better and who wants to feel worthless. You should be happy that you were able to experience this moment. Maybe there's a chance she doesn't like the guy she is with and wants to see you again but to me you're better off looking for someone else because you shouldn't wait.

I'm no psychiatrist and have only been on one date my whole life so I don't know if you should take my next advice. A girl I was dating broke up with me and I felt depressed the whole week since I was an emotional guy. I liked her but didn't love her... The only way to get over it was to just think of how I could be a better person and not let my emotions get to me. I talked to people about the event and felt better because other people had similar experiences like me. I really didn't feel alone and looking back the girl that I met I felt we really didn't connect and she probably felt the same way.
Anyways back to you, there are plenty of beautiful fish in the world and you feel hurt, what I did was improve myself as a person so I can become more attractive to others.
