Hey everyone, I’d like some opinions.
I recently handed a note to a my crush at school that said: “Hi! I’d like to get to know you. If you’re interested, text me: 123456” We haven’t interacted much before—just exchanged some eye contact and played volleyball together and I’ve noticed he was showing some signs of interest like teasing me around the game.
When I gave him the note, he asked me what it was, and I told him to take his time reading it. He smiled and said “ok.” After that, I left. It’s been several hours, and I haven’t heard back from him yet.
I’m feeling a bit anxious and unsure about how to interpret his reaction and whether he might be interested or not. How do you think he might react around me moving forward? And do you think it was too forward of me to give him the note, given that we haven’t talked much before?
I’d appreciate any thoughts or advice. Thanks!

If you really want to get his attention instead of “Hi! I’d like to get to know you” you should of wrote “Hi! I want to give you a bj really bad.” You still have a chance.
So here something happen in my experience they was a girl about 17 she’s 18 now but me and her went through the same thing and we both liked each other but emotions was not to be involved because of strict boundaries. So if I had to give you advice I would say give him sometime to give you an answer because he could be busy and if you see him around ask him did he read the note and what he thinks about it if he says no just say okay I appreciate the feedback and if he says yes don’t get to excited but be calm and make sure he really wants to get to know you but it sounds like he would want to get to know you but it’s probably just to be friends
more context please
