Don't think so hard about it. After reading what you said I just thought simply oh you don't have your car. It's really not a super big deal. Unless you're all the time making excuses to not hang out with her, which doesn't make sense because you said she was your crush, then I wouldn't stress over it.
If she likes you, she probably overthought it and did take it as a sort of excuse. As a third party reader, it's easy to see that it's a valid reason for you not being able to go over there though.
Even if she did assume you were rejecting her, if she really likes you she'll hope you'll try asking her out next time. Try asking her out sometime.
I can understand when girls talk bullshit like that. but u are the man don't even try to think or look in that way. if u can't it means u can't. besides, it was kinda good opportunity to get closer to your crush so if u have possibility then just do it.
Give her a few days, then ask if she wants to hang out. That way at least there's a chance you can repair it :)

She most likely understood that you weren't making an excuse.
You got her number? Not so difficult to give her a call and ask her if she still wanted to watch that movie.
yiur good just try asking her out. The same situation happened to me too when I didn't my own a truck 😄 I was kinda embarrassed to tell her I didn't have a vehicle that I never asked her out.
That wasn't a rejection, just not getting the hint.
Find a car, get to her house, watch the movie.

just set it straight. When you are both talking tomorrow just say "btw i'm down to watch those movies with you whenever we are both free to link up"
She might seem hurt so ask and make sure you guys are good then ask if she can come to your place and watch a movie to show that you still want to do something with her
