I'm 24 and one of my neighbors who is 41 likes me, the problem is that if I date her, I'm not sure how long the relationship would last. I mean, we both don't want kids, but I still wonder if the age difference will be a factor.

You're 24. Why would you lower yourself to fuck a woman that old? Unless she looks like Brandi Love (that might be spelled with a Y) back during the peak of her... career... she's not going to be appealing. At all.

You're at that perfect age, where you're still able to fuck girls that are just at the age of consent and no one is going to say it's creepy. So stick to women that are still relevant and hot.

Well, it's your life. But I will give you two pieces of advice. One applies to this situation, the other, not so much but it's still useful.

1) Never fish from the company pier. (Don't date or fuck co-workers. Not really applicable in this situation.)

2) Don't shit where you eat. (She's a neighbor. That means when it ends, no matter what kind of terms it ended on, you still have to put up with her. AND she knows where you live, when you're home, etc. Don't have sex with this woman. Don't date her. Don't do anything except be cordial and neighborly.)
