I'm in a similar spot as you. I'm at an almost all-male mechanical engineering high school.
Advice? I've always had a problem when they're not in the same school, or hell, even the same class. Your schools are right next to each other, surely they collaborate on events, right? My school and a medical school (full of girls, almost exclusively) near it collaborate on almost everything.
Try to go to one of those events if it is so, and then you've got something in common! Something to approach and talk about!
Good luck mate.

go on the internet and save a picture of a baseball in grass to your phone, then DM them and send the picture then say something like, "i dropped my ball here in your DM's, I'm just gonna grab it really quickly, hi btw" and they'll usually think it's really clever and then start talking, then talk and be friendly, ask to see them after school gets out to walk them home or something. then try to see signs of them liking you
Get involved in after-school activities/pick up new hobbies in order to meet more girls.

School sports events. Go with a group of friends and approach a group of girls at a game or something. Or announce you are going to one on social media and see if anyone responds, and ask if they would like to hang out at it and go from there.
Not being in their school might even be a good thing, try stuff, whatever you feel comfortable with and if it fails you can pass on to the next girl...
