Once you're both down on the floor, you just have to think you're the same size. Use your legs, and scissor him anywhere, but best is around the rib cage. You may be surprised how that could make him tap out. Good Luck!

Use your legs for holds, and leverage, I wrestle my wife often (playfully) and she knows her legs are strong. Try headscissor hold, he won't be able to get out, especially if you lock the ankles and really attach out.

There's this move I've learned in pro wrestling that's pretty effective. It's called the low blow, but you need to make sure the ref isn't looking.
Slide an arm or leg between his legs and have them actually touching his package. As long as it doesn't hurt, he will make sure the wrestling lasts longer. Just make that position and touching "accidentle".
Do lots of yoga and squats. Learn ground fighting techniques. You ALWAYS end up on the ground. So if you master that, you win.
Do it naked. He will be too distracted to fight seriously
