Depends on how you're flirting or hitting on them, and the girl.

For me, I went to a club for my eighteenth birthday. My first experience around a bunch of guys.

Their biggest blunders for me, was how they touched me when they wanted to 'flirt'. I personally wasn't one to go for that and found it rather creepy to have older men want to put their hands on me as such even though we we're in a dance club of sort.

Speaking verbally though, calling them pretty and beautiful is rather flattering and as the other comment suggested one is enough and to many makes it hard to communicate, especially if it's comments specifically about looks because then it makes it seem like you're literally just interested in our bodies.

Again, depends on the girl however. These are more appointed towards how I feel.

Constantly plaguing them with compliments. I find it so awkward to respond when someone compliments me and then that sort of kills the conversation. One compliment is enough tbh. Other girls might not agree with me on this one but it's a mood killer right there for me.
