Girls, what is your opinion on shy, muscular guys?

Seems like most girls associate buff/muscular guys who work out a lot as conceited, cocky douchebags.
But what would you think of a guy who was really muscular but shy and quiet to go along with it?

Personally I fell in love with the more calmer and possibly sweeter type of guy that doesn't need an audience to feel confident but instead knowledge. Plus shy guys are less threatening when you first start flirting
