They can be hot, may look way better than ordinary girls. The girl in this pic seems quite hot. But I hate it when it gets too muscular (maybe got steroids) or when they have really low body fat (like when they compete for bodybuilding). I think such girls are very few and most girls still remain feminine when they workout.

I like to watch girls who are stronger than me or bigger muscles. But when it comes to dating I would definitely not go for them, they should be smaller than me.

Depends on how much muscle. If it is an unhealthy amount of muscle it ends up unattractive. It it's fit & toned like in the picture it is sexy as hell. if it's "warrior " amount (not body builder amount, nor powerlifter amount, just muscular enough for full range motion) It is sexy (love me a woman that can fight together with me)

The girl in the pic for example, I wouldn't see as very muscular, she'd still be tiny to me.
Like a bunny is still a cute bunny, no matter how much it works out and however strong it gets.
So, the same as any decently athletic girl.
