My friends were trying to set me up with this one guy, but he's very iffy about dating because he always gets shot down by girls. I'm starting to like him. So they told me to add him on Snapchat and then I waited a few days, then he started to snap me. Does this mean he's interested?

I don't think you can tell from Snapchat alone. He could be interested, but it also could be that he's just an active Snapchat user.
