Why did he add me on Snapchat?

I am very sorry for asking a cliché question.
On Instagram, I posted a photo of my Snapchat code and said "add me" so any of my followers could add me.
I had posted that several weeks ago. My crush, who goes to another school, added me. He doesn't know how deep my feelings are for him, and I haven't seen him in over a year.
Does this give me permission to snap him? He hasn't seen my story

I'd wait awhile. Don't look too much into him adding you unless he snaps you first. You put your code up giving anybody permission to add you, doesn't really a significant value because he followed instructions
