Does guys think it's unattractive when the girl has a speech impediment?

I've had a speech problem since I was about 3y/o and there's a lot of words I can't pronounce correctly and I usually get made fun for it. Most guys I've dated in the past doesn't notice it or thinks it's cute and a few asks why I talk this way and I usually make a joke about having an English accent. Some believes it and others don't. None of my relationships lasted and I think it had to do with my speech.

If you're self conscious about it maybe try speech therapy? Or even look up videos online about speech.

I've been in therapy and stopped going when I was a sophomore in hs bc they said I can't be fix, I'll always talk this way.

That's weird. I don't think it can't be fixed. My friend used to have speech impediment also and I think it eventually went away. Maybe just keep trying on your own?

I've heard getting braces could fix it, well still have braces and had them for about a few years now and my speech has gotten better but it hasn't completely fixed it. My dentist think jaw surgery might be able to fix it

That probably would help. I'm supposed to get jaw surgery also. My jaw isn't lined up right and I always hated the way I sound if I hear my voice. I always wondered if that would change the way I sound also.
