What do you think about huge height difference between couples?

I am a short girl and i will go out with someone who is quite taller than me but i want to ask your opinion. Do you think the height is important between couples?

short girl tall guy is the typical sterotype. I think as long as the difference isn't more than a foot of height it should be ok. Guy love being able to have a girl that they can swing around with ease and having a girl stand up on her toes and wrap her arms around for a kiss is the typical romantic archetype in the media. If you wanna know what the flip side looks like there's an anime (lovely. complex) with a tall girl and a short boy. Its slice of life so it isn't like other anime that are "drop kicks to the face" and most of the story and the plot is quite realistic. Hope this helps 😊

I'm 4'11 and just got out of a relationship with a guy who was 6'8. BIG DIFFERENCE but also amazing. Yeah people look and mock, especially some guys who like pointing how I suck it while standing but all I cared for was how I felt with that guy even though he was batshit crazy and burned me.

i think it comes down to feeling safe and protected by your man and generally if he is a lot taller than you, you get that sense of security but it can also come from being confident and protective no matter your height

I know it's petty, but I resent short girls who date guys who are *unnecessarily* taller than her. It makes her seem shallow. The only thing that matters is that the guy is taller than the girl, even if it's only by an inch or two. There are so many short guys that she could make happy, because she is even shorter than they are. She is one of very few options to them.

It's just worse for EVERYBODY. Short guys remain alone. Tall girls have one less tall guy as an option. Even the girl herself suffers a loss, because she has wasted her biggest advantage in dating.

I just hate it.

I knew a guy who was 6'10 and his chick was 5'0 I think. the height difference seemed like too much just looked a bit awkward. I'm sure some people made jokes but they were in love and that's all that really matters right.

I'm 6'3 and personally I would fell a bit awkward if they girl is way shorter then me like 5'0 Or less. ideall height difference would be about 8 to 10 inches but more or less would not matter if you care about each other. when it comes to sex and height difference most positions work just fine. this 1 girl I was with was 5'0 standing doggy didn't work because I had too bend my nice too low 😆 and it was uncomfortable to kiss in missionary. all other positions went fine tho just like it would with anybody else.

As a guy a really short girl makes me feel really tall. I don't know why, but it's just satisfying as a guy to be the tallest person in a room. Maybe its masculine thing or maybe its a me thing. Anyways, i wouldn't straight up not date someone that was taller than me, but that would be on my mind i imagine. If there's a connection between two people height absolutely does not matter.

Height is not important. The only caution is that the shorter person does not look so young in comparison with the other and be mistaken as their child. I think it is such a turn on to imagine my significant other on their tip-toes reaching up to kiss me. It's also great if you love to wear 2-4" heels.
