Should I unfollow my crush on social media?

Question

Long story short, I never made a move, never really knew if she shared feelings either though but I had my suspicions. She has a boyfriend now. I can't stop thinking about her, I've done everything, I hang out with friends a lot, I've started working out and eating right. But when im finished with all this I'm smacked in the face by the same thoughts. And it doesn't help she's always posting on social media. I feel stupid for being stuck on her for so long. I think unfollowing her on social media and stuff will be beneficial to me but I don't know.

dude stilling another man girl is not cool, but let's just say they break up, all u need to do is make her chase you by playing the bad boy. obviously u work out and maybe have a good body that u can use to your advantage. play the "i hate you i love you" method. act like u don't like her then you adore her, works like a charms but give her some time after the break up maybe 2-3 months. n use a condom n say "NO" to her she'll submit to u like a puppy hah

yes, unfollow her. sounds like it's what you need to move on. you can possibly follow her again once you're sure those feelings are gone.

yes, I didn't unfollow my crush when I liked him and I wish I had. It caused me so much pain.

i relate to this so much. i unadded her on essentially everything and i felt 10 x better. though, i still think of her from time to time, there's not a constant reminder
