Guys, Would you unfollow an ex girlfriend ex crush/hookup on social media?

So I was having this discussion with some of my guy friends today during lunch at work and we were talking about having ex’s on social media.

some of the guys said they would unfollow an ex girlfriend if the relationship ended badly or if they werent fully over their ex and it was the only way to move on from them. But they said a situationship or fling they wouldn't really bother unfollowing on social media as it wouldn't bother them.

Some others said they would un add them regardless and others said they would keep following them to keep ‘tabs’ on what they post

just wondered what other peoples thoughts are on this

I would follow them but I've been very fortunate that I've never had a relationship break up that was less than amicable so I am not the person to ask.
