Keep dreaming about girl that rejected me?

she keeps appearing in my dreams and I always wake up scared. I can't even remember what she did in this dream I just know she was there again and I frequently have nightmares about her. what can I do to stop this nonsense?

nope not even her contact info because she wouldn't give it to me. part of my depression was her rejection me but this particular situation has yet to go away since I took that blow pretty hard
