I can't stop stalking my boyfriend's ex girlfriend?

I know this ain't normal or healthy. She dumped him and slept with someone on the edge of their break up. They were together for a few years and were going to get married. He described her as fat and a demanding princess. Anyway, he didn't want me to see what any of his exes looked like and my curiosity got the better of me and found her on FB and Instagram.

Yah, she's a big girl... kind of the old-fashioned emo type, obsessed with make up and dying her hair lots of colours. I honestly don't know why, but I've become obsessed with stalking her instagram and facebook history. At first glance I would never feel insecure with this sort of girl, but now I do :(

I think u have nothing to worry about if she dumped him. But I get that u might worry she is his type n u aren't like her. I used to fb stalk the ex of the guy I liked and one day a girl posted a link on her comments that was made to look like one of those 'love calculator' things. Silly me wrote his name on it... and it went straight to her messages. Utter cringe. So can only assume she would have told the girl... and the girl would have told him. Stopped me stalking that's for sure haha!! So yeah, be careful x

Ouch, unlucky! and yes, with looking at her profile more and more, I keep getting the fear in my head that I'm not my bf's type at all. Her and I are very different, whereas she shares a lot in common with my boyfriend in terms of their music tastes, film preferences and generally other things. They're both Vegan. ( times of 10, though, I wouldn't consider her a threat though. I just wonder if he had been happier with her than he is with me :(

It would be funny if only a relationship wasn't on the line. Whatever you think of her, going back again and again to check, will make you think more of her than is normal, and of course such crazy insecure thoughts are bound to come. Just stop.
