How did you meet? The biggest concern is that the typical 24-year-old is not interested in dating a high school student, so I'm wondering why he's not dating women in their 20's.
It's legal, but, you have to question why a guy who should have graduated college by now, is going after someone who I'm guessing is JUST starting college?

No, that's totally normal. I dated a 17 yo last year. Honestly, girls my age like me, but teen girls are crazy for me. There's something about an older guy that sets girls off, and it makes for better relationships when the girls is crazy for the guy and truly respects him.
Take his age, divide by 2 and add 7. If you're older than that then it's fine.
On a serious note though, people are only bothered by this because they struggle to find common interests. Just consider what it is that you do or don't have in common and if it bothers you. If you don't have anything in common then fear not! It's all the more interesting to learn about each other's interests.

I wouldn't say he's to out for you, but I will say your a little Young to be out there. You really should go around trying to until your about 20, but that's your choice, continue if you want, stop if you don't, that's up to you, precautions? Well depending on where you stand that one could be interesting, but I would avoid being alone for long periods of time.
I'm almost in tbe same situation than you. I have crush on a friend of mine (she is 18) and I'm 23. I asked a question about it on here but didn't get much answers. I think age isn't really important but there are limits, like when the gilr or the boy is under 17 or 16 and his/her partner is 6-7 older.
I think most women prefer at a guy at least 4 years older. I'm finding it common that girls around 25ish don't rule out a guy my age (34).
I think he is too old. But if your really feeling him and he is into you it may still work between you.
Love has no age limit just make sure you both know what you want and keep a clear head and stay mature about it
