What does it mean when a guy keeps picking you up?

Okay so I am very interested in my manager and I’ve heard he likes me also.

A few days ago we were walking home after we had a few drinks (which brought his guard down a lot!) and he kept cradle picking me up constantly over and over again! He then hugged me and put his arms around my waist and we almost kissed but it didn’t happen..

I know work is the reason why he isn’t going ahead. But is there anything I can do?

As long as you want to keep your job I recommend you to not date anyone from work. If the relationship fails chances are you will not enjoy your work because he will be around maybe even get fired. There are plenty of guys everywhere else be smart.
Maybe have casual sex if you want to get your urges off but that is it.
