Oh well, even though you're a troll, I'll answer honestly because "Hey, why not?" And it might answer the question for someone who's honestly curious about if __________ is considered short.
Is 5'9 short? Depends on your culture and where you live. If you're 6 foot, and you hang out with people who are 5'5 to 5'8 enough makes you tall. Hang out with much taller people, and you are short.
The average: 5'10 for African American or Caucasain males in the US. 5'8 for Latino or Hispanic, and Asian males in the US. In Mexico, 5'9 is really tall, as I believe the average for males is 5'5.
Why anyone particularly cares, though, is a little silly, because so many people are talking about "I don't want no short babies!" Even if the man is tall doesn't mean those genes will happen with their kid... and it will take ages for anyone to find out if the kid is tall or short on average as it is. Big or tall babies will not always end up being a tall adult. A short 10 year old may not always end up being a short adult... the growth spurt didn't happen... yet.
Personally, while I'm shorter than average, I don't think any guys really notice unless it's a huge difference and they're not used to it. But at least they don't say anything. If girls are talking crap about my height, I have no idea. They probably are, but they're probably picking on any other detail too, if they're talking about me at all. But I'm not going to make it an issue. I'm short, but that doesn't define me. And being short never created much baggage. Other things did. I've not met too many short people who had a lot of baggage just because they were short (minus friends who have dwarfism). I've met tall guys with baggage. And tall guys with little to no baggage. Same with short guys. and girls.

my height is that much, 175cm right? I don't know if that's short/normal/tall. i think nba player can go up to 2,1m or more.

If he's actually 5'9" , meaning he wakes in the morning at 5'10" and goes to bed at a solid 5'9" then he is definetly not short , he's average, due to gravity humans normally shrink one inch during the day that is restored during sleep since the spine is horizontally positioned when sleeping at night.
However if he gets up at 5'9" and goes to 5'8" by the end of the day he's actually 5'8" which is slightly below average/shh
