Not a big deal at all. My girlfriend and I have been to both topless beaches and nude beaches. In both cases we adopted the "when in Rome..." standard.
By that standard, I also would not object if my girlfriend and her friends when to a topless or nude beach. In fact, the funny thing is that when you are at those kinds of beaches, after a bit, you just sort of accept it. It is not so much sexy - though when I was with my girlfriend that was different, but then we were looking to have sex with each other - as just routine.
1. Partly because I know myself well and I know people are very similar, they'd definitely be checking out as many girls as you can. So yes I would be jealous but if she wants to go to a topless beach she's more than happy to do so.

Me and my boyfriend are going away next month and he says on some of the beaches women go topless. I'm not too concerned if he looks because when i see a topless woman on the beach, you tend to look anyway because its not something you see everyday, doesn't mean he's attracted to them. And if he's blatantly staring or checking anyone out, I'll go topless and see how he likes it when other men are looking at mine! haha
It’s funny. In France, breasts aren’t really sexualised. People go topless. People breast feed in public. Breasts are featured in movies all the time. It’s a non issue! But word to the wise, if you are going to go topless, wear sunscreen on your breasts (particularly your nipples). They are very, very sensitive to sunburn.
I don't feel comfortable looking at naked strangers, nor do I feel comfortable being naked in public, so I would never agree to go to a nude beach. If my boyfriend wants to go to one, I'm fine with. I just don't want to go with him.

I think out of the western countries it would be mainly americans that might have a problem with it.
I think with Europeans, some people may not want to go topless themselves but they wouldn't get worked up about it either.
In germany and the netherlands a lot of day spas and saunas stipulate that you must be naked in the pools and saunas and men and women are all together and the age range is 15 - old.
A body is just a body, the way we get taught to react to it just changes in different parts of the world.
The thing with topless beaches or nude beaches is that in places that they are common in, people aren't as sensitive about it or not used to it. They're more mature about the whole thing and you get less reactions than you would if everyone were alien to the concept. I've been to a few, as they aren't uncommon in my country. I would have to say they're okay. Nude beaches feel natural. One can tan better, but I don't need a tan. Women are nice eye candy, but it's nothing i haven't seen before. No big deal.
When I was about 16, I went on a cruise to the Virgin Islands with my best friend and his family. On one of the islands, we accidentally stumbled upon a nude beach, and you'd think that to a teenaged boy, a nude beach would be like heaven. It was not. It was just a bunch of fully-nude middle-aged and older men and women who should never ever be naked.
I'm 100% for topless rights for women, and while I'm currently single, I wouldn't have a problem with any of it. I think if it was legal and accepted everywhere, it would just become "normal" and it wouldn't be a big deal, but people and society (religion) make it one.
We would be ok now we are older but when we were younger I think we were both a bit insecure if my guy had sunglasses on I'd keep wondering where he was looking and my nipples are pierced he was fine with me sunbathing topless but if I was walking around he got the hump because the piercings sparkled in sun and he thought it was attention seeking but we're old now and wouldn't worry
This is dying out, and normally the only women you'll see topless these days are the ones who started doing it in the 1980s and never lost the habit.

As a European, I find the question pretty peurile. It's perfectly normal to be topless on European beaches unless you are American, Russian or Chinese. Europeans don't have an issue with it and wonder what is the problem with "foreigners" who do have psychological issues with it

Been to a couple with my wife. No reason to be jealous of anything. I'd be comfortable with her doing it while our friends were there if she wanted, but I know that the only reason she did it at all when we've gone was because we we're at places where she was guaranteed not to know anyone. To be fair we all have boots in different size an shape but at the end of the day some are better some are worse but don't portray your own body to be those of what we don't have and embrace yourself especially in relationship. Confidence goes further than contiousness... every person is unique as well as yourself. If y'all together and there is love enough to be open that way way on a nude beach then go embrace it, what doesn't break you makes you stronger even as a couple
I wouldn't mind going to a topless beach with my man at all. No I wouldn't het jealous. It'd be fun tbh.
