Girls, Would you date someone with gynecomastia?Gynecomastia it's kind of man boobs but they are not caused because someone is fat, but because they have some kind of tisue in that area, it can only be removed by surgery. I have this in grade 1 so I'm a little worried it's a deal breaker?
