Women, why do you hate and refuse to date short men?

For the one who refuse I think it's cause their mother told them to not date short men (my mother used to tell me all the time when I was a child that short men weren't worth my time and I should only go out with guys who were at least 180 cm / 5'10).
There's also the obsession of short girl and tall men in America I think it must be a reasons.
In my county though ideal is the be the same height or very near in height so short men don't have problem for dating in general.

I don't hate short men and I don't necessarily refuse to date men who fall under the spectrum of shorter than average. I simply won't date very short men, because I'm not attracted to them. It's pretty simple.

The idea of the woman being shorter than the man is a romanticized idea that's been ingrained in society's norms for along time. It's wrong to say that a person refuses to date someone who is short because height isn't something you can control. Short men are absolutely fine!

I personally don't have a problem with it but people tend to think it's weird if they see couple with the woman being taller and they will laugh/stare, so I understand why women wouldn't want that.
