It depends on the woman and the guy. Some women likes thick lips, but other prefer thin ones and some likes both. Some guys suits thick lips, but others don't.

I don't think you should worry about your lips. You looks good for your age (not every 16 years old looks good and some don't look good before their 20s) and it fits your face. You can even grow some stubble which is good. That means you may grow a thick full beard when you're 18+. Many women loves beards. It makes a handsome guy handsomer.

You looks good and would be very handsome when you reach adulthood.
