I got lunch with this guy and he seemed to be interested in me. we both said we had a good time and i said we should do something again sometime and he seemed enthusiastic. However, we lost contact for a few weeks until he randomly gave me his number and said we should hangout sometime. After that we started snapping but he still didn't try to set anything up. What the deal? Thanks
