Me and my girlfriend are going to try feederism I'm the feeder and she is the feedee any tip?

I think it's best in a long-term, ideally permanent, relationship. Of course, if she's gaining because she legitimately wants to experience having a softer, fluffier, and jigglier body, and you're just helping her along her chosen journey, then great. But if you've kind of talked her into it, then just keep in mind she's surrendering quite a bit to you, and if you ever leave, she won't be able to move on as easily as you can. Make sure you're willing to stay with her through thin and thick :) If you plump her up quite a bit, she'll likely get lazier and might start snoring. Make sure you're a true feeder who likes all aspects of fattening, not just the squishy bits. If you're both into it, you might even let her try fattening you up too. Becoming a fat couple together could make it easier to stay committed to each other, because your lifestyles will change in unison. As far as physical tips, make it fun. Those first new fat rolls are special. Treat her to good tasty food as much as you can afford. Make it a lifestyle change. You need to pamper her, help her put on her shoes, fetch things for her, etc. Serve her and love her like the plump princess she is becoming. Try to use healthy foods if she likes them. I think it's better to rely on larger servings than junk food. That way you can enjoy her fattened body for a long, long time.

Go slow. Let her enjoy her food. Don't just shovel it at her like she is a farm animal. Let the two of you discover what works and if it satisfies your wants and needs. Don't pressure her to gain a lot of weight at first. Just let it come naturally and see what happens. Don't set goals or limits on how much weight she should gain. Failure to reach goal weights or milestones can be frustrating and off-putting. Just let it happen at it's own pace. Unless of course she wants to be stuffed or force fed. Then all bets are off. Just feed her and fuck her like a prize hog watch her blow up.
