There is a girl who is my neighbor and lives in my building. I don't see her often. We were introduced and now she says hi to me when she sees me. Also, I noticed whenever I am with my mom she stops to talk to my mom but keeps looking at me.
Last time I saw her, she was blushing and seemed very nervous.

How can I get her number? Does she seem interested?
