You'd need to upload a photo of the girl.
Because it's hard to imagine she's only "chubby" at 5' and 165lb.
Asian girls tend to have pretty faces in average, so that's a plus. 5' is a cute height. That's a plus. But there is a lot more questions to answer.
If we are just talking about her appearance, kinda sounds like a short, fat girl. So, no. That's a hard pass.
Does she have a nice ass. Pretty face. Nice tits? 5' and chubby isn't a lot to go off.
